Heb 7.11-14: We begin a section of Heb 7 where the author focuses on Ps 110.4 and the new priesthood he predicts in the order of Melchizedek. We are answering the question, “why?” Why must there be a new order. The first answer is this priest provides perfection for those who approach God through him.
