Acts 21.10-14
Our passage is one of those which carries overtones from what people say about it, rather than what the passage is about. Our first message today deals with the errors of charismatices in understanding the prophecy of Agabus, showing that Luke and Paul consider Agabus as accurate in his prophecy. They have no idea of a “New Testament prophet” whose message is less in any way from the message of an Old Testament prophet.
