We pause our verse-by-verse exposition to compare and contrast similar list passages in the NT where the other epistles give us broad categories for spiritual growth. We also bring in the “anti-sanctification” passages that show what the faithful Christian should turn from and finally we discuss how the Christian should go about growing in grace (sanctification).
