Our passage calls us to avoid suffering as a criminal, instead to embrace suffering as a Christian. What is the difference? Suffering as a criminal brings shame. Suffering as a Christian ought not to result in shame, rather, we should embrace the slurs and attacks sent our way for the name of Christ. Lift your head high, take your stand for Jesus our Saviour
