Acts 24.25, John 16.8-11
As Paul preached to Felix, the governor fell under deep conviction. This is in keeping with the Lord’s promise that the Holy Spirit would convict the world about sin, righteousness and judgement. The Holy Spirit attends the word to this day, convicting the lost of their sins, calling them to faith in Christ.
