Acts 24.10-21
Paul mounts his own defence in his hearing before Felix, showing himself to be a skilled first century lawyer, and also demonstrating his innocence of all charges beyond any doubt. Felix ought to have released him as Paul clearly shows that he is not merely “not guilty” by reason of some technicality, but truly “innocent.”
