Acts 26.24-26
In the first century world, the events surrounding the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus were public knowledge, especially in Palestine. Paul’s appeal to Agrippa points out that the claims of Jesus were public, not an obscure mystery. Enough had happened that anyone who knew these facts ought to believe. Our thesis is that the impact of Jesus life on the whole world is public enough, significant enough, that the whole world ought to respond in faith.
