Hebrews 2.2-3 – The author of Hebrews lays before us two instances of God speaking to his people. The first, through prophets via angels, forms the light element of the author’s Rabbinic reasoning. The second revelation, in the Son, reported by those who heard him lays on us the heavy element. If you ignore the revelation in the Son, you have no salvation.
