Acts 26.27-29
In this message, we consider the famous response of Herod Agrippa, in the KJV rendered, “almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.” Herod was not sarcastic, but perhaps ironic. He is dodging the question with a response suggesting that either in a very short time or with very few words, Paul was trying to win him to Christ. This raises for us the questions, How Many Words? How Much Time? … How much is really needed for conversion? What makes men resist? We consider these questions in this message.
