Hebrews 3.7-11 – Our passage quotes Psalm 95, which itself is a meditation on Numbers 14. As we consider these three passages together, we find a strong exhortation to believers today: keep your hearts soft before the Lord! Don’t let yourself become hard to God’s word or God’s direction. Nothing comes but trouble in spiritual hardness.
