1 Pt 2.1-2
In this mesage we look at the command to long for the pure milk of the word. The command entails a corresponding putting off the old clothes of malice, deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and evil-speaking. While doing this the believer is to long for (crave) the pure word that causes spiritual growth. Only through this can we become what God intends for his saints.
