1 Cor 3.18-4.7 – Paul now brings back the theme of wisdom and calls for a “worldview change” on the part of the Corinthians. He shows how spiritual leaders are merely part of God’s gift to the church, not champions to pit against one another. As Christians understand the role men play in the church, they should learn to profit from them but not idolize them.
