First, our study in Ps 91 from Wed, Jan 20:
Dwelling in the Shadow of the Almighty (Ps 91:1-16)
Don Johnson, January 20, 2010
The keys to understanding this Psalm are the shifts in pronoun usage, from the "I" of the Psalmist to the "you" of the recipient and finally to the divine "I" of God as the Lord affirms the promises the Psalmist has been preaching. For the believer, this psalm is a great comfort as we put our trust completely in the promises of God.
