Our Sermons
By One Man Sin Entered (Romans 5:12)
Don Johnson, March 7, 2010
Part of the Romans series, preached at a Sun AM service
In this message we begin to look into the comparison Paul is making between Adam and Christ. The comparison is intended to show how it is that many men can benefit by Christ's work on their behalf. The one-for-many concept begins with Adam. It is as we are organically connected with him in his sin that we are found to have a sin nature and the accompanying condemnation of death. That is why we need the comparison to be true and a different One, Christ, to deal with our many sins.
